38. FRUIT & YOGHURT POPS

This recipe has two flavour versions, choose one or make both.

Before you begin:
Kitchens can be dangerous so make sure you have just read the Kitchen Safety Checklist.
Check with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook.
So the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with warm soapy water and dry them well.
Read the recipe through before you begin and get out all the equipment and ingredients you will need.
Don’t forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up their mess.

Makes: 4–6

Here’s what you need:
Passionfruit Pops:
• 170g can John West Passionfruit
• 1 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
Cherry Pops:
• 425g can John West Stoneless Black Cherries, drained and chopped
• 3/4 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt

Here’s how to do it:
Combine John West fruit and yoghurt in a jug, pour mixture into an icy-pole mould and freeze overnight.

Setting Up Time: 10 minutes

HOT TIP:
This mixture fits 4 large or 6 smaller icy-pole moulds. Small round plastic containers and wooden icypole sticks can be used instead of icy-pole moulds.
