FRUIT & YOGHURT POPS
This recipe has two flavour versions, choose one or make
both.
Before you begin:

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Heres what you need:
Passionfruit Pops:
170g can John West Passionfruit
1 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
Cherry Pops:
425g can John West Stoneless
Black Cherries, drained and chopped
3/4 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
Heres how to do it:
Combine John West fruit
and yoghurt in a jug, pour mixture into an icy-pole mould
and freeze overnight.
Setting Up Time:
10 minutes
HOT TIP: This mixture fits 4 large or 6 smaller
icy-pole moulds. Small round plastic containers and wooden
icypole sticks can be used instead of icy-pole moulds.
