AFTER SCHOOL TOPPINGS
Here are a variety of toppings so snacks are never boring.
Before you begin:

Heres what you need:
Toppings:
Cheesy Tomato
1 tomato, diced
125g can Edgell Super Sweet
Corn, drained
1/2 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
Fruity Nut:
1 small banana, diced
1 tablespoon light peanut butter
2 tablespoons John West
Passionfruit in syrup
Corny Tuna:
85g John West Tuna Tempters
- Oven Dried Tomato & Roasted Onion
125g can Edgell Creamed
Corn
1 small stick celery, diced
1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
Hey Pesto:
1/3 cup spreadable low fat cream cheese
4 slices salami, diced
1 tablespoon Leggo's Pesto
Sundried Tomato
Heres how to do it:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl spread onto toasted
bread and place under a preheated grill for 12 minutes
or until topping is warmed through.
Setting Up Time: 10 minutes
HOT TIP: Toppings
can be used as fillings for jaffles.
Note: Remaining passionfruit
pulp can be placed into ice cube trays and frozen for
later use.
