PIRATE BOMBS
Before you begin:
|
Kitchens
can be dangerous so make sure you have just read the Kitchen
Safety Checklist. |

Check
with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |
|
So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |
|
Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |
|
Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Makes: Approximately 12
Heres what you need:

300g
can Edgell Red Kidney Beans,
drained |
|
|
1
small onion, finely chopped |
|
|
1
tablespoon Leggos Tomato
Paste |
|
|
300g
minced beef |
|
|
1
egg white |
|
|
6
very small potatoes, cooked, halved |
|
|
1/3
cup grated tasty cheese |
Heres how to do it:

Finely
chop Edgell Red Kidney Beans
and onion in a food processor. Add Leggos
Tomato Paste, minced beef and egg white. Process
until combined. |

Gently
mould a small amount of the minced beef mixture around
each potato, leaving
the top of the potato exposed. Place onto a greased
oven tray and sprinkle with cheese. |

Bake
in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1520 minutes. |
| 4. |
Serve
bombs with tomato sauce. |
