BUCCANEER DOGS
Before you begin:

Kitchens

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Heres what you need:
400g can Skinless
Frankfurts
Bamboo skewers
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/41 cup dry breadcrumbs
Oil spray
Tomato sauce for serving
Heres how to do it:

Drain
Skinless Frankfurts
and place each one onto a bamboo skewer. Dip the frank
into flour, egg, then breadcrumbs, patting the coating
firmly. |

Place
prepared buccaneer dogs onto an oven tray lined with
baking paper and lightly spray with oil. Bake in a
preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. |
