MEAT CAULDRONS
Before you begin:

Kitchens

Check
with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |
|
So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |
|
Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |
|
Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Heres what
you need:
6 tortillas cut into halves
Spray oil
2 teaspoons oil
500g minced beef
35 g packet taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
300g can Edgell Red Kidney
Beans, drained
125g can Edgell Diced Capsicum,
drained
Grated cheese for serving
Sour cream for serving
Heres how to
do it:

Shape
tortillas into a cone and secure with a toothpick.
Spray with oil and place onto an oven tray. Bake in
a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until crisp. |

While
tortillas are cooking heat oil in a large frying pan,
add minced beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco
seasoning, water, Edgell Red
Kidney Beans and Diced
Capsicum and simmer for 10 minutes. |

Spoon
meat filling into the cooked tortilla cones: serve
with grated cheese and sour cream. |

HOT TIP: Chicken
mince can be substituted for the minced beef.
