MAGIC POPS
Before you begin:

Kitchens
can be dangerous so make sure you have just read the Kitchen
Safety Checklist. |

Check
with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |
|
Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |
|
Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Heres what
you need:
425g can John West Stoneless
Black Cherries
reserve juice and chop cherries
2 x 200g tubs vanilla yoghurt
Heres how to
do it:
| 1. |
Spoon
John West Cherries and
juice into icy pole containers to three quarters full.
Position icy pole sticks in the centre, cover and
place into freezer and freeze. |

Spoon
yoghurt onto frozen berries, filling almost to the
top. Freeze. |
| 3. |
Take
magic pops from containers by dipping into warm water. |

HOT TIP:
For creamy fruity flavoured ice poles mix the John
West Cherries and the yoghurt together and spoon
into icy pole containers- freeze as directed.
