FAIRY CASTLE CAKE
Before you begin:

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |
|
|
Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Dont
forget, have fun and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up

Heres what you need:

x 30cm square cake |
|
|
1
x 20cm round cake |
|
|
4
small jam rollettes |
|
|
1
quantity icing (see recipe below) |
|
|
Mint
leaves, freckles, candy-coated chocolate buttons,
raspberries, 4 lolly pops, 1 ice-cream cone and candles.

Icing:
250g butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
500g packet icing sugar
34 drops pink food colouring
3 tablespoons milk
Heres how to do it:
Using an electric mixer beat butter until pale
and creamy. Add pink food colour. Gradually add icing
sugar and milk alternately, beating well after each addition.
