VIETNAMESE LETTUCE ROLLS
Before you begin:

warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Heres what you need:

packet frozen Birds Eye Vegetable
Fingers |
|
|
Cos
or Butter lettuce leaves |
|
|
Carrot
ribbons |
|
|
Sweet
chilli sauce |
Heres how to do it:

Cook
required amount of frozen Birds
Eye Vegetable Fingers following packet directions. |
| 2. |
Place
a cooked Vegetable Finger and some carrot into a lettuce
leaf, drizzle with chilli sauce and serve immediately. |
