SWEET & SOUR FISH
A simple sweet & sour sauce to serve over
oven baked fish.
Before you begin:

Heres what you need:
4 pieces Birds Eye
Oven Bake Fish - Original Crumbed Fish
Fillets
225g can pineapple pieces in syrup, undrained
1 tablespoon Leggo's
Tomato Paste
1 spring onion, sliced
Heres how to do it:

Cook
Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish following
packet directions. |

Meanwhile
place pineapple pieces and syrup, Leggo's
Tomato Paste and spring onion in a
small saucepan, bring to the boil reduce heat
and simmer for 2 minutes. |

Spoon
sweet and sour sauce over cooked fish and
serve.
