CORN & NOODLE PANCAKES
Most kids love 2 minute noodles and corn fritters so we've
combined them to make these pancakes.
Before you begin:

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Makes: 18
Heres what you need:
85g packet flavoured 2 minute noodles
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup plain wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
310g can Edgell Corn Kernels,
drained
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup low fat milk
Oil for cooking
Heres how to do it:

Lightly
break noodles into a bowl. Pour over boiling water
to cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Drain noodles
into a colander and return to bowl. |

Stir
in beaten eggs, flour, Edgell
Corn Kernels, chives, parsley, flavour sachet
and milk. |
| 3. |
Heat
a non stick pan and brush with oil. Drop spoonfuls
of mixture into pan and cook until golden, turn over
and cook until set.

5 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
HOT TIP: Substitute corn
with a 420g can Edgell Mixed Vegetables
for avariation.
