VEGIE STICK-UPS
Grilled vegetables on sticks with a light sprinkling of
cheese makes healthy vegies fun!
Before you begin:

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Heres what you need:
750g can Edgell Tiny Taters,
drained
410g can Edgell Dutch Baby
Carrots, drained
8 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated low fat Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
8 wooden skewers
Heres how to do it:

Alternately
thread Edgell Tiny Taters,
Edgell Dutch Baby Carrots
and cherry tomatoes onto wooden skewers. |

Place
skewers on an oven tray; lightly sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese. Place under a preheated grill on a medium
high heat and cook for 58 minutes or until heated
through. |

Serve
sprinkled with parsley as an accompaniment to lean
meat. |

TIP: Soak wooden skewers in water before threading
with vegetables to prevent sticks from burning.
