54. VEGIE PIZZA

Pizza topped with a vegies, cheese & pineapple Yum!

Before you begin:
Kitchens can be dangerous so make sure you have just read the Kitchen Safety Checklist.
Check with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook.
So the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with warm soapy water and dry them well.
Read the recipe through before you begin and get out all the equipment and ingredients you will need.
Don’t forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up their mess.

Makes: 6–8

Here’s what you need:
• 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry Mix - Thai Style
• 2 x 22cm prepared pizza bases
• 1/3 cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
• 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
• 1 cup grated mozzarella low fat cheese

Here’s how to do it:

1. Cook Birds Eye Stir Fry Mix - Thai Style, following microwave packet directions, drain.
2. Spread each pizza base with Leggo's Tomato Paste, arrange cooked vegetables and pineapple onto pizza and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Place onto a baking tray and cook into a preheated oven at 200C for 15–20 minutes.

Setting Up Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

TIP:
Any of the Birds Eye Stir Fry range can be used for this recipe.
