Pizza topped with a vegies, cheese & pineapple Yum!

warm soapy water and dry them well. |

the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Heres what you need:
500g packet frozen Birds
Eye Stir Fry Mix - Thai Style
2 x 22cm prepared pizza bases
1/3 cup Leggo's Tomato Paste
1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup grated mozzarella low fat cheese
Heres how to do it:

Cook
Birds Eye Stir Fry Mix
- Thai Style, following microwave packet directions,
drain. |

Spread
each pizza base with Leggo's
Tomato Paste, arrange cooked vegetables and
pineapple onto pizza and sprinkle with cheese. |

Place
onto a baking tray and cook into a preheated oven
at 200C for 1520 minutes. |
