ORANGE PASSIONFRUIT CAKE
Before you begin:

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Heres what
you need:
90g butter, melted
1 cup caster sugar
1 1/4 cups self raising flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup low fat milk
Rind from 1 orange
175g can John West Passionfruit
1 1/2 - 2 cups icing sugar
Heres how to do it:

Place
butter, sugar, flour, eggs and orange in a bowl. Mix
to combine then beat on high speed for 3 minutes with
electric beaters. |

Spoon
into a lined ring or loaf pan, lightly fold in half
the John West Passionfruit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
or until cooked. |

Stand
cake in pan for 5 minutes before turning out to cool. |

Mix
remaining passionfruit with icing sugar. Pour over
cake. |
