DO THE MACARONI
This low fat version of a "cheesy macaroni"
is sure to please the fussiest eaters!
Before you begin:

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Makes: 4
Heres what you need:
2 cups macaroni or short pasta, cooked
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 cup skim milk
310g can Edgell Creamed
Corn
1 cup chopped fresh snow peas
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup low fat tasty cheese
Heres how to do it:

In
a small saucepan blend the cornflour with 2 tablespoons
of milk until dissolved. Add remaining milk and stir
over a medium heat until thickened. Stir in Edgell
Creamed Corn. |

Drain
pasta, add corn mixture, snow peas and tomatoes, stirring
well; season with pepper. Spoon mixture into a 1 litre
ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. |

Place
under a preheated grill until cheese has melted. Serve
with meat, chicken or fish. |

TIP: Add 1/2 cup cooked Birds Eye Garden Peas as
a substitute for snow peas.
