CHINESE SHORT SOUP
Before you begin:

Kitchens

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Serves: 4
Heres what you need:
500ml chicken stock/consommé
3 cups water
1 cup frozen Birds Eye Supersweet
Corn Kernels
12 mini chicken dim sims
1 spring onion, cut into thin strips
Heres how to do it:

Place stock, water, Birds Eye
Supersweet Corn Kernels and dim sims in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. |

Serve
soup topped with spring onion. |

HOT TIP: For children who
like a hint of ginger add a sliver of fresh ginger in
step 1 and remove before serving.
