CHERRY FRUIT JELLIES
Cherries set in jelly makes a tasty low fat dessert for
kids of all ages.
Before you begin:

Kitchens
can be dangerous so make sure you have just read the Kitchen

with Mum or Dad that you are allowed to cook. |

So
the food doesn’t get any germs wash your hands with
warm soapy water and dry them well. |

Read
the recipe through before you begin and get out all
the equipment and ingredients you will need. |

Dont
forget to have fun, and the best cooks ALWAYS clean up
their mess. |
Makes: 6
Heres what you need:
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 cup hot water
425g can John West Stoneless
Black Cherries, drained and chopped
3 teaspoons powdered gelatine
1/2 cup hot water
Heres how to do it:

In
a medium bowl combine caster sugar and 1 cup hot water
and stir in John West Stoneless
Black Cherries. |

Sprinkle
gelatine over 1/2 cup hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add to cherry mixture and pour into jelly moulds and
refrigerate until set. |
Setting Up Time:
10 minutes
HOT TIP: As
a healthy party treat make jellies in individual cups
& top with fruiche or yoghurt.
